For Kate & Kult Singaporean buyers, we accept direct and all interbank transfers to our POSB and OCBC accounts, as well as Paypal orders. Please use the form located under the 'BUY IN SINGAPORE' link located under our 'SHOP' section.Once an invoice has been issued, payment is expected within the next 24 hours. Should you be unable to do so due to a valid reason, please inform us. Please do note that if we do not receive your payment within the 24 hours, you as a buyer will be blacklisted in the future. Please use the SINGAPORE ORDER FORM for any orders. For local orders, there will be a charge of SGD5.00 for the first item, after which each additional item will be charged SGD2.00 due to the weight of the jewellery. Should you wish to opt for registered mail, there will be an extra charge of SGD2.50. We encourage our local buyers to make use of the registered mail option to ensure that your packages are not lost in the mail. All orders will be mailed out using the Singapore Post service within 3 days of the completion of your item creation. If you have chose normal postage for your order, Kate & Kult will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed by the postal service. All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will begin processing on the same day, and the creation of your item will be within the next 24 hours as well. Shipping will be done between Mondays to Fridays, and transit times do not include Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Please note that we do not offer weekend delivery.
