As all Kate & Kult orders are made and created after each confirmed order placement, our items are non-returnable. If your item has been grossly misrepresented or is different from that of your original invoice, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping. The item which you wish to return has to be shipped via traceable and insured mail within 3 days of the original delivery date. If we receive a returned item after this time period, Kate & Kult reserves the right to deny your return. Returned items have to be unaltered, with their tags still intact.
